User Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of personal information associated with RLT Co., including information submitted through this website, our CRM, Meta lead ads, and any Meta platform integrations we use for advertising or lead management.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion request. To help us find the correct record, include:
- Your full name
- The email address and phone number you used with RLT Co.
- The source of the request, if known, such as website form, Meta lead ad, Facebook, Instagram, email, SMS, or CRM follow-up
- Any extra details that help identify the record you want deleted
What we delete
After receiving a valid request, we will delete or anonymize personal information from active systems where legally permitted. This may include contact records, marketing audiences, form submissions, notes, tags, and communication preferences.
Meta and Facebook app data
If you connected with RLT Co. through a Meta lead form, Facebook, Instagram, or a Meta platform integration, you can request deletion using the same email process above. You can also remove connected apps from your Facebook account settings where applicable.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time and complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days where legally permitted.
Records we may need to keep
Some records may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or Ontario real estate compliance reasons. Where full deletion is not legally possible, we will limit use of the retained information to the required purpose.
