The story

Before becoming a licensed agent, Danish was an investor frustrated with the same problem every investor faces: agents who don't understand the numbers.

Most agents optimize for transaction volume. They show you what's available, not what's profitable. Danish built a system that scans MLS data daily, scores every listing against investor-specific criteria, and surfaces only the deals worth your time.

Today, RLT Co. runs 25 active buy boxes across Hamilton, Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, and Oakville. Every deal is scored for flip potential, conversion viability, or income opportunity before it ever reaches a client.

What I do differently

Data-Driven Sourcing

I don't browse MLS hoping to stumble on a deal. The scoring engine runs daily scans with 25 buy boxes, flags distress signals, price drops, and conversion indicators automatically.

Investor Math First

Every deal I present comes with rough underwriting: estimated ARV, comp analysis, spread calculation, and renovation scope. You see the numbers before you see the house.
