Every new MLS listing goes through a three-step process before it reaches an investor.

1. Scan

We monitor every new listing across target markets in real time. Property type, price, location, and listing language are captured and normalized for scoring.

2. Score

Each listing is evaluated against investor buy boxes. The scoring engine checks distress signals, value-add potential, conversion feasibility, and market fit. Only properties above threshold pass.

3. Surface

Qualifying deals are annotated with sourcing notes — estimated scope, flagged risks, and recommended next steps — then surfaced to qualified investors on the protected shortlist.
